"Having the very fortunate opportunity to work with Bill has been such an amazing experience. From our first chat on the phone, to our meetings and sessions together, working with the genius that is William Branson, III has been quite a blessing. Having Lainey's portrait hanging in our home evokes of feeling of pride and joy, as it will serve as a reminder of how precious her little face was at the age of four. He captured the very essence of her, from her curly red locks, her pouty smile, her soft little hands, to the tips of her little toenails. He has encapsulated for us a step back in time that we will forever treasure. The method by which he worked with Lainey to get her to follow his lead was astounding to watch. He spoke with such a gentle tone that made her feel comfortable and relaxed. In doing so, he was able to capture that perfect little "Mona Lisa Smile" with his tender voice and calming nature. It was a magical experience to witness.
I will have Bill create portraits of my other girls, as well. Having three of his masterpieces hanging in our home will be the greatest blessing, and I'm so looking forward to working with him again!"
“Mr. Branson, I am thrilled with the portrait you are doing of Tracy & Sydney. It has been very exciting for us to watch as you took our life and portray it beautifully with a painting. Your ability to perfectly capture the moments and bond between Tracy & Sydney is amazing. I really appreciate all of the time and effort you have put into making this come true and exceed all of my expectations. I can’t wait to see the final product and will treasure it for the rest of my life.”

“Well, I knew that we would love our portrait but we literally fall more in love with it each day. Actually, the first day, we had cricks in our necks looking at it so much. It has totally changed our home bringing in such warmth and such an endearing feel of love and family. I can’t exactly explain it! … I won’t ever be able to thank you enough for this portrait… It certainly will keep these two grandparents alive for many more years having their grandchildren right beside them!”
“ Dear William, I just wanted to tell you again how beautiful the portrait of Julia is. It is truly a once in a lifetime work of art for us that will be passed on through the generations. Thank you so much for such a beautiful masterpiece and also for its presence on your website. We are so very proud.”

“Dear William, I wanted to write you and let you know how beautiful the portrait is. It turned out fabulous and what I love about it the most, is it looks just like her—Her eyes follow me all around the room. Thursday night we will have friends over to view it and join in our excitement!! I cried when saw it!! Thank you for your hard work.”

“Dear Mr. Branson, Our family truly enjoys the portraiture we proudly display in our living room. It no longer is the room we rarely use, but now our favorite sitting room. This truly is our best investment for our enjoyment. Thank you.”

“Dear Bill & Dianne, It was such a pleasure to meet you, be with you and work with you. Forrest, Clotilde, and I thoroughly enjoyed the process from shooting, to viewing and selecting. Everything we set out to capture flowed so smoothly, that it gave me the feeling God was pleased with our endeavor; it was almost uncanny how we all seemed to bond. Dianne, you and I seem like “2 peas in a pod” on a lot of levels. The children took to you, Bill, with such ease, because you enthusiasm is magnetic and your skillfulness made them like clay in your hands. You won them over with your genuineness and competence. It was an ultimate compliment, Bill, when you said you felt like you were with Anna & William [his own children].
I loved how Forrest and Clotilde stayed involved in the process. I believe they appreciate what an extraordinary lifetime opportunity it is to have this grand period in our lives immortalized through your work. I also believe it reminded them of how deeply Brian and I love them. We have no doubts that the portraits will be valid treasures that will bring us and others much joy.
The only drawback to the process going so well is our time together was cut short! Forrest and I were a little sad to have it come to an end…we truly feel like we started a friendship and would like to see you again. Although Brian wasn’t with us much, he feels the same. Thanks for taking us on. We are changed for having met you!”

“Dear Mr. Branson, Thank you so much for our beautiful portrait of Madeline. While it sounds cliché, words truly cannot describe how grateful we are to you and Wendy for how thankful we are that we brought her to you to make her portrait. Not a day passes that we do not admire it and smile. Thank you for your guidance and patience along the way. You made it a wonderful experience for us. Madeline continues to grow and change everyday, but what a blessing to have captured her chubby face, arms, and feet exactly as they looked on April 25th, 2007. Her portrait is truly priceless to us. We look forward to meeting you again when Harrison is almost 4.”
- Theresa & Steve C.
“Dear William, Thank you so much for the beautiful portrait of Frances. Your work is beyond description! This will be a treasured family heirloom. I look forward to working with you again in the future for our little boys’ portrait.”
